Political reports. we get more from correspondent jim acosta. reporter: president obama marked the comeback of new orleans ten years after hurricane katrina. mr. obama pledged rebuilding will continue. he talked about the issue of incoming equality. a need that needs to be addressed after the critical address in new orleans was laid bare by katrina. he tried to tie that to the economic recovery. i also warned that congress has a month left to pass a budget and avoid a government shutdown. here is more what the president has to say. nobody gets to hold the american economy hostage over their own ideological demands. you, people who send us to washington, expect better. reporter: the president warned there will be more severe weather events triggered by climate change. mr. obama will return to that issue next week when he travels ....
