Men, women in uniform provide pleasant vaccination experience

Men, women in uniform provide pleasant vaccination experience Letter I recently received my first COVID vaccine scheduled through MaineGeneral Health. The day before, I received a courtesy call reminding me of the time and place to report. The following morning, as I approached the Augusta Civic Center, I followed the signs directing me where to park. Everyone who greeted or assisted me had beautiful smiles, was kind, and displayed positive attitudes. Standard questions were clearly spelled out on large displays, set up on easels for easy reference and clarity. They were explained in detail by the person welcoming us an asset to those with poor vision, hearing aids, common afflictions of people in my age bracket.
