KOTA KINABALU: The Sabah government has signed a Letter of Understanding (LoU) with PETRONAS Carigali Sdn Bhd (PCSB) and E&P Malaysia Venture (EPMV) on the back-in option arrangement on the Block SB409 Production Sharing Contract (PSC).
