(camila) the accident happened around 8 last night. of the 29 people hurt, four are in serious condition. nine are in moderate condition. and 16 suffered minor injuries. over 50 passengers were inside the bus. three people had to be extricated by firefighters. no deaths have been reported. police say the bus started fishtailing, hit the center divide, and went back over to the right shoulder where it tipped over. how that all happened is under investigation. you know everybody around here is walking around in a state of shock .. breaking news at 8. pam:we are learning new details tonight. in the grisly murder of 8=year-old maddy middleton. kron-4 was live as the arrest of a 15 -year old boy unfolded last night in santa cruz. reporter: he went to great lengths to hide her body. he lowered mellon to the playground creek she will love him because he trusted her and they both have lived on at this apartment complex for years. please reporter: say by that time she was already dead, she had been missing for one hour at that time in 24 hours the police, sheriffs, fbi and residents searched for her. a detective covered her body not too far from the apartment with the suspect, shared with his mother. this has been absolutely devastating for me personally and for my staff to read my staff was so hopeful that we would find her alive. and when the news came that she was not alive it was horrific. it was horrible. reporter: after w
