For the first time, former beauty queen-turned-actress Maxine Medina will play a kontrabida in the romantic-comedy series “First Yaya” on GMA-7 and she’s thrilled about the new acting challenge.
“Ganun pala ang mam-bully,” said the smiling Medina during a Zoom press conference with select members of the entertainment press on March 12.
Medina, 30, isn’t a war freak. All her life, she is known as sweet and nice.
“Hindi talaga ako pala-away kaya ibang challenge sa akin ang kontrabida role. After the shoot, madali naman ako nakaka-alis sa kontrabida persona ko. Hindi ko na ito dinadala sa amin,” she said. ....
