According to rumours making the rounds in the House of Parliament, Sierra Leone People’s party controversial lawmaker Hon. Ibrahim Tawa Conteh of Constituency 132, maybe expelled from the House today (Thursday 4th February, 2021) if he fails  to apologise for an alleged wrongdoing.
The controversial lawmaker had said in parliament during the a heated debate on the unbundling of the Sierra Leone Cable Limited that the leadership of parliament wanted to “arm- twist” him, thus he subsequently resigned as Chairman of the Transparency and Accountability committee.
His statement went into the nerves of the leadership of parliament which made them to call on Hon. Tawa to apologise, but he had refused or failed to do so since the incident happened last September. ....
