Artists and patrons gathered at the Biggs Museum of American Art Oct. 29 for the opening reception of the Delaware Watercolor Society exhibition. Some 33 paintings, submitted by 23 accomplished DWS artists, were selected by juror Alexis Lavine, NWS.
