On capitol hill Congressional Republicans wrestled with what to do about donald trump, this time less than a month until election day. Speaker paul ryan said he will not defend his partys nominee saying his focus will be on preserving the republican majority in the house. This led the Associated Press to begin its report, House Speaker paul ryan is all but conceding Hillary Clinton will be the next president. Meanwhile, republican members like Dana Rohrabacher of california blasted ryan and those abandoning trump as cowardly and gutless. Minutes later, ryan got back on the Conference Call to assert that he was not unendorsing trump, as some other leaders have. In response, the Clinton Campaign posted on twitter, ryan is still endorsing trump.
