A GRANDFATHER has lit up his house once again in memory of his great-granddaughter who died suddenly. Ten-month-old Alesha Vincent spent her final months in the care at Naomi House and Jacksplace and passed away due to heart failure. Alesha passed away in September 2017 due to mitochondrial disease. Now, for the fourth year, Alesha s great grandad, Mike Wood, has lit up his house once again to raise money for the charity that cared for her. Alesha s mum, Beckie Vincent, previously told the Advertiser the decorated home gets bigger and better each year. Beckie said the charity, which cares for children with life-limiting conditions, was truly amazing . ....
