Emergency grants available for 20 Maine performing artists The Ellis-Beauregard Foundation is distributing a total of $50,000. Share The Ellis-Beauregard Foundation is offering $2,500 emergency COVID-19 grants to 20 Maine artists working in the performing arts who have been adversely affected by the pandemic through illness or loss of income. The money can be used for professional expenses, food, shelter, medical costs, childcare and other things. In total, the foundation will distribute $50,000 to Maine artists. Applicants must be 18 years or older, live in Maine and have been working in the performing arts in Maine for at least one year. Students enrolled in educational institutions are not eligible.
