A devastating fire at a St. Albert seniors’ care home last week began on a first floor patio, investigators have concluded as they continue to determine the exact cause.
Fire investigators have found the blaze started last Thursday on the ground floor of the Capital Mews continuing care centre and went undetected, allowing it to spread, reads a statement posted to the City of St. Albert’s website Friday.
