Apartment. The person in the apartment was able to get word to a Family Member who then called. The suspect presented a gun. Pointed it at the officers. One of the officers fired on the suspect ending the threat. Reporter we are told there are seven officers that actually confront had the suspect. We are told that suspect was in the hallway when he actually pointed that gun at officers. They of course returned fire. The suspect is dead here at the scene. We are told by neighbors a k9 that dragged that body out of the apartment. And Phoenix Police are confirming that that did indeed happen.
