A GoFundMe page is now set up to help cover funeral expenses for the man who drowned Friday in the Great Sacandaga Lake. The page says services for Albert Adamkoski will be held Wednesday at the Log Cabin Church in Mayfield, where he was the pastor. Police say Adamkoski jumped into the lake on Friday to save his daughter, who was struggling in the water. That’s when they say he went under and did not resurface. Law enforcement agencies as well as members of the community helped with the search.
