Lawyer Taikee Calleja, SLB-Albay campaign manager, said in a press conference on Wednesday that the "One Pink Crusade" is among the series of events in the Bicol region to continuously campaign for Robredo as the election nears. The Diocese of Legazpi said the requiem Mass is the local Church’s “gesture of solidarity with the rest of the country in mourning his passing away.”
The Mass will be held at the Albay Cathedral at 7:30 a.m.
It will be broadcasted and livestreamed by Radyo Veritas Legazpi, in the Facebook page of the diocese, and other social media platforms of parishes in the diocese.
The diocese said this is “so our faithful may join in prayer.”
“Let us pray for PNoy’s eternal repose, and for our country that he loved till the end,” the diocese said in a Facebook post.
