That led to a chase on 580 eastbound. The man crashed into at least one other police vehicle. The driver got back onto 580, exiting in oakland, and driving into berkely. He crashed the dodge truck into at least one other vehicle at ashley and college. The husband of that crash victim says his wife is okay, just shaken up. Then the suspect gets out of his car and runs ....
