Pyrotechnician and Caroline Bay Association volunteer Alan Woolstencroft was “absolutely” confident there would not be a repeat of the last New Year pyrotechnic display, when technical issues delayed the show for four minutes and ultimately left more than two thirds of the 269 individual fireworks unlit. “We’ve replaced all our cabling.
