i am ali velshi. we know more this weekend than ever before about the fbi. and the search of the mar-a-lago estate. new details just released to the public, the possibility of criminal prosecution of the twice impeached ex president s so plausible, now, that some federal prosecutors are actually seeing it out loud. less than 24 hours ago we got our first look at the affidavit used by the fbi to convince a federal judge to greenlight the mar-a-lago search. the document is heavily redacted to protect the safety of civilian witnesses and law enforcement officers, but there is plenty to see and hear. including this line. quote, there is probable cause to believe that evidence of obstruction will be found at the premises. the affidavit directly contradicts his claim that he was already cooperating with the government. it makes it clear the lengths the government went to before pursuing action to recover the material. outlining how the former president the affidavit paints the pi
indictment. it s the first charges to come out of this investigation. and controversy at the world series. it should have been the biggest moment in the career of a young houston astros star. here he is. he hit a solo home run to help his team win the game but cameras caught him making a gesture that has now landed him in a bit of trouble with the baseball commissioner. we ll have more on that, more on the world series itself, but first, we ve got weather to talk about, don t we? yeah. little bit of cooling. you can see the fog driving in this morning. kind of a welcome sight. you were just saying, i m ready for a cooldown. changes have been going on over the last few days, but yes, very subtle, so subtle that especially for inland cities, it s still quite warm, well into the upper 80s into the afternoons. along the coastline, we have seen pretty dramatic changes over the last couple days. here is a look at what s going on this morning. the fog. it continues to creep
to the owners to the nfl tomorrow for that deadline. now, i will tell you that here in oakland and all across the country, there is increased optimism that in fact the raiders will stay in oakland. why? not because of any great plan they have here. but because the two other teams, st. louis and san diego, that want to move to l.a., have a much better plan in place for stadiums there and that s why the raiders may be the odd team out. because the bay area has the strongest economy in the nation right now. and they don t want to leave that economy with the corporate sponsors and all that who have you behind just to leave to l.a. reporter: so there s still talk about the raiders sharing the stadium with the 49ers. 49ers don t want to do that but that s in the air, as well. and there is increased optimism, again, no new stadium moment but the fact l.a. might not want the raiders, they might want st. louis or the san diego chargers. that s the optimism in oakland at the moment
