Pololu Valley Trail Steward Program Hopes to Manage Visitor Impact

/ Hikers ascend the switch-back trail at Pololū Trail. A new program funded by the Hawaiʻi Tourism Authority hopes to ease some popular trails and some tension between residents and visitors.
