caroline, tal bert, queen annes. we ll have an updated forecast shortly. wjz is always on. for updates and live doppler radar anytime, log on to wjz.com. abuse of power. a baltimore bishop accused of sexually assaulting a woman seek spiritual counseling. and police fear there may be other victims. gigi barnett has more on the allegations. reporter: police say the victim needed help from her pastor. she turned to him. tonight she is accusing him of sexual assault. bishop roan samuel samuel faulker, sr. face as slew of charges tonight, this after police arrested him this week for allegedly assaulting a female parishioner. she went to him about a problem, a family problem. the alleged assault occurred back in february in the 43-year- old s office. faulkner agreed to counsel the woman on family matters. when he arrived, he attacked. it took a lot of time for her to build up the confidence to come forward. she s been going to this church for years. who will believe her
