âWe canât get bikes,â said David Poe, co-owner with his wife, Lori, of the Tandem Connection on the Montour Trail in Cecil Township. âThe (COVID-19) pandemic changed the entire supply chain.
âThey allocate bicycles as they see fit. Itâs made things very difficult.â
