A gang of seven Africans, who specialised in carrying out robberies, will stand trial this week on charges of assault and theft. Supplied The Dubai Health Authority (DHA) has announced that its Al Khawaneej and Al Badaa health centres will now be used as dedicated COVID-19 treatment centres. Both the facilities will cater to COVID-19 positive patients who were referred based on appointments set by the DHA Contact Centre and the COVID-19 Command and Control Centre. Doctors will evaluate each case and conduct necessary tests to determine if the patient requires home or institutional isolation or if they should be referred to a hospital. The Authority has equipped the centres with qualified medical staff and state-of-art treatment and diagnostic equipment.
