Saudi Water Partnership Company (SWPC) has announced that four utility developer consortiums led by global leaders including Acciona, GS Inma and Besix are in the race for the Al-Haer Independent Sewage Treatment plant with a 200,000 cu m/day capacity.
A total of 24 top utility project developers including Spanish majors Acciona Agua and Cobra; French groups Saur Sas and Suez as well as major GCC players Metito, Utico and Besix have prequalified for the 200,000-cu-m Al Haer ISTP in Saudi Arabia.
