Refusing any intervention, the three judge bench constituting of Justice Khanwilkar, Justice Indu Malhotra and Justice Ajay Rastogi issued orders for the same. A plea was filed after Petition drafted by Advocates Krishna Kumar and Nandani Gupta on behalf of the petitioners had argued that the decision to conduct offline examination was not conducive in present circumstances.
