Mumbai: Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray and Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) chief Sharad Pawar will take part in the protest to be staged in Mumbai today in support of farmers protesting against Centre’s three new farm laws at various borders in the national capital.
Thousands of farmers, who have been camping at Mumbai’s Azad Maidan, will march to Raj Bhavan to register their protest against the farm’s laws. The march is part of the agitation being undertaken under the banner of Samyukt Shetkari Kamgar Morcha (SSKM) and aims to intensify the farmers’ struggle in the main capital cities across all states.
