The Hummus & Pita Co. is opening next week in Montgomery, Alabama at 7131 Eastchase Pkwy. To celebrate its grand opening, the brand will give free meals to its first 50 customers opening day, which is Feb. 2. Additionally, The Hummus & Pita Co. is welcoming all first responders to eat for free from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday during the restaurant s soft-opening.
The opening is a part of a five-location deal with franchise company, Premier King Inc., which owns two locations in Atlanta and Huntsville, Alabama. Led by brothers-in-law Jay Gill and Patrick Sidhu, Premier King includes more than 170 Burger Kings and 14 Popeyes.
