Investigators have made an arrest in the murder of a person found shot in a crashed vehicle in Richland County. We first told you about this story on sunrise. Richland county sheriff leon lott says 17yearold jose reyes was taken into custody earlier this morning and is being charged with murder. Investigators say at approximately 8 30 monday night on the 400 block of seton hall drive, reyes shot and killed the victim after an attempted armed robbery. Officials state that reyes was an acquaintance of the victim. Richland county deputies discovered the victim with a gunshot wound to the upper body in his crashed vehicle.
