Thank you so much for being on today. thank you. in a display of civility, lawmakers chose to break with tradition and sit with members of the opposite party. the question is, can two congressmen on different sides of the aisle sit side by side at the state of the union and not dreef each other crazy? i want to be there sitting next to peter in case he comes up with an idea that is correct, which rarely happens with peter. but we still feel the same way now as we did them. there s no love here. we re hard fighting new yorkers. we believe what we say. that was two new york congressmen, democrat anthony weiner and republican peter king. i spoke to them earlier. still not feeling the love. As the evidents play out in washington. thank you for your time today. thank you. shannon: all right. fair and balanced. later in the show we will talk to democratic senator mark udall of colorado. he is the one behind the push to have members of congress from both sides of the aisle sit together in the state of the union address next week. it s an idea that is gaining support and attention as well. that s coming up. women on the front lines, long been a hot topic for debate. today, a new report says women should be allowed to serve in every capacity in the military, including combat roles. peter doocy joins us now to tell us more about what is behind the report. shannon, the mission of the military leadership diversity commission who put out this report to review military policies and figure out where there are opportunities for the advancement of minority groups. and they rae creptly took a group at areas where women could be doing more and they concluded that females should ....
