British Airways has this week unveiled its latest lounge enhancement, the new ’Forty Winks’ nap lounge, featuring power nap sleep pods. The new pods are currently available in British Airways’ First Lounge at London Heathrow. The airline will then be adding these sleep pods to its Concorde Room at London Heathrow Terminal 5 and New York’s JFK Terminal 7 when global travel restrictions ease and those lounges open. For our one night layover on the way to Shanghai, they provided personnel and even the hotel’s car to help get our family of four and our 20+ luggage items to the terminal where the hotel is located. The hotel has over 70 meeting rooms and a convenient business center. Everything was great. Big comfortable clean room. The restaurant had nice menu and they make starbucks drinks at the coffee bar. We stayed for one night as a break from our roadtrip but i think its near to the airport. Also you don’t pay toll as they give you a pass as you pay for the parking ($12/day).
