The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department reported a multi-vehicle accident on Sunday afternoon. According to the Police, the incident occurred on Air Expressway near Nevada Avenue at around 5 p.m. The incident involved four cars resulting in the death of one and injuries to two others.
