The Indian Express had first reported how probe agencies have found that Chaudhary had faced departmental punishment in 2017 for allegedly harassing a Muslim man in a RPF post.
As Chaudhary made his way through the coaches, he allegedly targeted the burqa-clad woman passenger in B-3. In her statement, the woman is learnt to have told investigators that he pointed his gun at her and told her to say “Jai Mata Di”. When she did that, he allegedly told her to say it louder.
The railways termed his act of murdering passengers a 'Heinous Crime' and removed him from government service. He was dismissed on the orders of S. K. S. Rathor, Senior Divisional Security Commissioner, RPF.
