One’s value to a law firm Over 10 years ago, as a graduate lawyer at a global firm, Aidan Parsons (pictured, bottom-left) witnessed a trainee solicitor arguing with a legal secretary. A senior lawyer, also watching, said to him that “there would only be one winner” in the interaction.
