(Photo courtesy of Southern Police District) MANILA - Anti-narcotics operatives of the Southern Police District (SPD) have seized PHP6.8 million worth of shabu from two Chinese nationals and their female cohort in a sting operation in Taguig City on Monday night. In a report on Tuesday, SPD director, Brig. Gen. Kirby John Kraft, said Chinese nationals Kun Yang, 26, and Yang Tao, 29, both listed as high-value individuals and Faith Jovenes Suniga, 18, were arrested by the SPD Drug Enforcement Unit (DEU) in a buy-bust operation around 10:30 p.m. Monday inside a parking lot in Barangay Fort Bonifacio. Kraft said the suspects were members of the Yang Drug Group operating in the cities of Muntinlupa, Makati, Pasig, Pasay, and Taguig. DEU members seized around one kilogram of shabu placed in a yellow and green plastic tea bag with Chinese characters, a self-sealing transparent plastic sachet containing dried leaves and fruiting tops suspected to be kush (high-grade marijuana) weighing around ....
