Meet Brookline s 2021 Women of the Year

Brookline s 2021 Women of the Year have dedicated time and energy to championing social justice causes and uplifting members of their community. On Wednesday, it was their turn to be celebrated.
The Brookline Commission for Women chose awardees from a list of 25 nominees. Unlike in previous years, the Commission chose more than one winner, with Commission Chair Rebecca Stone citing the special circumstances of the past year.
“This year, the Commission decided we didn t want to try to choose just one person because women have been so much of the response to the extraordinary challenges of these times,” Stone said. ....
