أصدرت محكمة جرائم الفساد مساء اليوم (الخميس) حكمها في قضية البنك المركزي التي شغلت الرأي العام وأثارت الكثير من الجدل؛ حيث جاء الحكم فيها بتبرئة خمسة من المتهمين بينما تمت إدانة كل من مسؤولة الصندوق تبيبة بنت عالي انجاي والمصمم عبد الرحمن ولد أحمد سالم بالسجن.
وجاءت الأحكام على النحو التالي:
- السجن ست (6) سنوات نافذة في حق تبيبة بنت عالي انجاي ومصادرة ممتلكاتها وتغريمها ب5مليون اوقية قديمة وتبرئتها من جريمة غسيل الأموال، والزامها بتعويض البنك المركزي 936 ألف دولار و540 ألف يورو.
