The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has cemented its position as a leader in digital government, once again getting the top spot in the Government Electronic and Mobile Service (GEMS) maturity index in 2023, published by the UN Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA). It is for the second consecutive year that Saudi Arabia achieves this impressive feat, boasting a remarkable overall maturity score of 93%.
