DepEd Dagupan to start face-to-face classes dry run
THE DEPARTMENT of Education (DepEd) Dagupan City Schools Division has chosen the Salisay Elementary School (ES) as the area for the dry run for face-to-face classes on January 4 next year.
This after President Rodrigo Duterte has approved the recommendation of DepEd to return to face-to-face classes in coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) low-risk areas.
In an interview on Wednesday, Dagupan City Division Superintendent Aguedo Fernandez said they picked Salisay ES as it passed the criteria for areas with one of the lowest Covid-19 cases under the modified general community quarantine (MGCQ); with proper local government unit (LGU)-DepEd coordination; and amicable relationship between the parents, LGU, and the DepEd.
