Agribazaar saw a 400% increase in registrations. The pandemic hurt small businesses in more ways than one, forcing them to innovate and adopt new technologies. “During these times, most small businesses adopted technology and went online. We saw a 25 to 30 per cent rise in merchants using online services,” recalls Akash Gehani, co-founder, Instamojo.
