Uniindia: Lashkar Gah, Afghanistan, Sep 4 (UNI) Three children lost their lives and three others sustained injuries as an explosive device went off in Nad Ali district of Afghanistan s southern Helmand province, provincial police spokesman Ahmad Jan said.
