Im a palo alto resident. Im also a participant in the mayors water supply stakeholder group. Some of you know ive been speaking at your meetings for three years now, which is a terrific honor. The sfpuc is not sharing draws. Its more important than after as you face major decisions. Should we invest an additional 2 billion or more to develop Water Supplies and raise the rates accordingly to cover the costs . Should we implement rationing as
