San Francisco â€“ Mayor London N. Breed and Board of Supervisors President Shamann Walton announced on Feb. 25 the city’s plan for reinvesting $120 million in San Francisco’s African American community over the next two years with the creation of the new citywide “Dream Keeper Initiative.”  ....
