Be added against dr. earl bradley. but suspicions have swirled around him for more than a decade. did investigators drop the ball? we ll have a closer look from reporter jeremy tucker of cnn affiliate wboc. reporter: it is the massive indictment against earl bradley. the first charge dates back to december 1st, 1998. the most recent, december 13th, 2009, just days before his arrest. a span of 11 years. a length of time that angers many. i think it is absolutely outrageous. reporter: in 2004, bradley s sister sent the state medical society a letter laying out concerns from others about bradley s behavior. the letter was not reported to state officials and said nothing about touching. in 2005 an investigation was begun in bradley s office. after reviewing evidence the attorney general s office decided not to prosecute the case. he was once again under ....
