Netflix has picked up Australian doc China Love
Netflix and Discovery are among a host of platforms and networks in Asia to have acquired content from factual distributor TVF International.
Netflix has licensed Australian documentaries China Love (1×90’) and The Mosque Next Door (3×60’) for its line-ups in South-East Asia, Australia and New Zealand.
Discovery has picked up UAE from Above (1×60’) and Frontier Sumatra (1×60’) for its channels in South-East Asia and acquired Aerial Asia (4×60’) and Enemy of the Reich (1×60’) for India. It has also bought Strange Creatures (1×60’) for Asia.
Elsewhere, National Geographic has picked up Great Barrier Reef: A Living Treasure (4×45’) and Ocean Wild (4×50’) for its National Geographic Wild channel in Asia.
