A lot of times its kind of a complex situation where you have money thats being raised, allegedly or essentially for human train operations and then gets used for military purposes. So i think having a president chairing this Security Council meeting tomorrow, it will up the pressure on these countries to cut off the flow of money and funding to the Islamic State. And if you dont get in line, you know, you could potentially get targeted yourself. Not military but sanctions have always been a tool used is used to try to force countries banks, individuals not to provide money to terrorist organizations.
