Nicole, born Sept. 11, 2007, is diagnosed with Fetal Alcohol Syndrome and can become over stimulated very easily. She also has significant delays and functions at a 10- to 12-month level. Nicole has recently been diagnosed with autism. Her vocabulary is very limited and she rarely speaks. ....
