The COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted issues many children have been facing for a long time: anxiety, depression and other mental health concerns.
But while the pandemic and school closures added different stressors on children and families, schools in Alabama and elsewhere have found innovative ways to support children with mental and behavioral health concerns.
