Tuesdays matchup will be the first time the men will meet in person. It will offer a chance to reintroduce themselves to the country. Since joining their Campaigns Walz and vance paths have diverged. Voters have found him to be likable which has been a boost for his and Kamala Harris campaign. Vance history of comments has been a liability for Donald Trump and polls show his favorability ratings are underwater. The stakes are high. Especially with early voting underway in many states.
