LUCAN BIDDULPH – Council was updated last week on a pilot project that offers free taxi rides to London for local young people who need access to mental health care.
Middlesex County library supervisors Leigh Robinson (Lucan) and Doug Warnock (Parkhill) attended the April 20 Lucan Biddulph council meeting to talk about the youth crisis shuttle project, which had a soft launch in December 2020. ....
