Adani Power Ltd has entered into a Long-term Power Supply Agreement with M/s MPSEZ Utilities Ltd for a capacity of 360 MW to be supplied from the Company s 4,620 MW power plant at Mundra, Dist. Kuchchh, Gujarat for 15 years.
CARE Ratings Limited, which had rated some of the standalone credit facilities of Adani Power Limited has withdrawn the said rating at the Company s request.
The Hon ble Supreme Court has pronounced its judgment dismissing an appeal filed by MSEDCL challenging an order passed by the Hon ble Appellate Tribunal for Electricity on 14th September 2020 in favour of Adani Power Maharashtra Ltd.
Adani Power Ltd has signed SPPAs with Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam Limited and Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam Limited in respect of its two existing Power Purchase Agreements of net contracted capacity of 712 MW each.
