Doors the complex offered no explanation. Roe so i went to the manager of the properties to ask why. They couldnt answer but the cmha leader i was redirected to says she didnt know locks and keys were being changed. Residents say its what they were instructed to do. Im on my way right now to go get my keys. And here a letter we got the Housing Authority instructing all residents that their keys and locks would change today and tomorrow. When they changed the lock, you have to walk down to get your key so that means youre leaving your door unlocked to go get your key and i was calling but they say sorry for the inconvenience but thats how theyre doing it. Cmha also manages other properties 53hundreds total units including 600 in Winton Terrace where residents also tell us their locks are going to get changed too again they say no explanation. They probably could have offered a lot more information and if thats the case then be honest about it and let us know so that people can be aware
