Plaudits, then, to director ahmir thompson, aka musician questlove, who begins and ends his film with a Festival Goer reviewing the newly uncovered footage for the first time, and then tearfully thanking the Film Maker for proving to him that he isnt crazy this really happened. the cars taking centre stage at a special exhibition celebrating james bond. good morning. temperatures are set to climb over the next few days but that does not mean it will always be sunny. there is cloud and rain and forecast. i will have all the details later the programme. it s sunday, october the 17th. our main story: the man arrested by police following the killing of the essex mp, sir david amess, has been named as ali harbi ali. the 25 year old is being held under the terrorism act, and officers have until friday to question him. last night, a candlelit vigil was held in tribute to sir david, who was stabbed multiple times during a constituency surgery on friday. frances read has this report. lighting candles so he will be remembered. hundreds gathered to pay their respects to david amess, all faiths, younger and older. not everyone may have agreed with his politics, but in this community they respected and loved him. he touched everybody s respected and loved him.
